Dr Rodney Foale

Dr Rodney Foale is a consultant Cardiologist at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust and Honorary Senior Lecturer at Imperial Coollege London. He is internationally recognised for his expertise in coronary artery disease, interventional cardiology, and advanced methods or coronary circulation assessment. Over several decades, Dr Foale has combined clinical excellence with education and innovation, contributing substantially to the field of cardiovascular medicine in the UK and internationally.</br>

After graduating with distinction in medicine, Dr Foale trained in cardiology at leading London institutions, later joining the consultant staff at Hammersmith and St Mary’s Hospitals. A founding figure in coronary physiology research at Imperial, his work has guided the adoption of evidence-based diagnostic procedures that underpin modern interventional practice. Dr Foale is also known for his commitment to mentorship and for training generations of cardiologists who have gone on to achieve international distinction.
